In today’s video i am going to share with you some diet tips which helps to reduce LDL cholesterol , these cholesterol lowering food, helps to bind the cholesterol in intestine which helps to reduce LDL cholesterol, as well as if LDL cholesterol level is below 130mg/dl is blood it comes in normal cholesterol levels.LDL cholesterol is also known as bad cholesterol, if the LDL cholesterol is above 160mg/dl in blood it increases the heart risk.LDL cholesterol we get through nonveg food item, such as milk, egg, meat, chicken , fish. So once you want to reduce LDL cholesterol first stop eating all the high cholesterol food, and start adding fiber rich food in your diet. Fiber helps to reduce LDL cholesterol. One of the best methods to reduce LDL cholesterol is exercise; daily exercise helps to increase HDL cholesterol and reduces the LDL cholesterol.

    Di agar skipping karrin to kitne minutes karna padega cholesterol ko low karne k liye aur walking 30 45mint karna hai.. Par utna time nahi to is waje se skipping thode time karne se helpful hoga kya plz bataiye.. 10minutes skipping is enough di per day.. Not continuesly break lele ke utna karsakte hain kya.. First 50 per minute then little break then again 50per minute aisa plz bataiye..
