    Can you please make yoga video with less head movement? I got low blood sugar and always dizzy when do Ragdoll or head down too much. Will I enjoy yoga without dizziness/giddiness?

  7. This was perfect. Having a few days where chronic fatigue has been creating a challenge to getting on the mat. This was a gentle reminder to how just starting with a little movement helps a lot. Thank you for all that you do and share.

  8. I've been getting over a flu, so those easy 10-minute bed routines are of great help. I like the two "yoga for sickness and flu" videos, will there be more? It really helps because I could barely think of any movement on my own, and those videos helped me get better.
