  2. Honestly I wasn't breathing deeply because I started crying lol. That part about the past and future being unable to hurt you, and your present helping to nurture you really got to me for some reason. I wasn't having a bad day per se, just feeling down for no reason but this instantly made me feel better.

  13. I was so sleepy when I started this video I fell asleep almost immediately. I woke up slowly 2 & 1/2 hours later to use the restroom. I had a real hard time getting fully awake. I laid down again and 2 hours later woke up to use the restroom. I laid down again and went into dream state immediately but woke up in 5 minutes or so. I did this over and over for 45 minutes until I got woke up by a phone call. I still felt sleepy but decided to get up and start my day. I don't have trouble getting to sleep. I have trouble sleeping for long periods and feeling rested when I wake.

  14. It's 5am. I haven't had a good sleep in weeks. I'm literally always exhausted but my overactive brain won't shut down. I really hope this works cuz I have to go to work and I'm super tired

  15. You know? When I am on my lunch break I go on youtube and sometimes I want to play one of your videos and then I realize that could be pretty dangerous- lol! You do have some that are for waking up though… 😊
