  1. I question Him. There is a subconscious and things that are there are not on the surface. But if you meditate enough or you happen to stumble on something that opens you up to your hidden storage box you may experience thoughts that are not to your liking. When this happens the only thing to do is to release the thoughts, don't identify with them. Just let them go without reaction. And it may take time. You also can also if you are a sensitive being be able to pick up thought forms by just walking down the street. They don't even have to be something you would normally think about. These thoughts have to be just knowledged, you have to say that is not my thought; I do not identify with that , and let it go. And it will go. But not all thoughts are so easy to release. Some will take time to dissipate. Thought forms are just thought forms. There is a story of a GURU who went out to dinner somewhere. When he went back to his Guru, he inquired of him. Why did I take this object. The Guru said, the person making the dinner which you ate, thought of stealing it. This shows how thoughts can be picked up. That is why people pray over a meal, so that the thoughts of the cook, the grower, the server and dissipate and you eat the pure food and its energy.

  3. His answer is great but I think it didn't connect for her because she didn't mean to hear her words to be served back so literally. Not saying anything right or wrong about that but I felt for her expression.
